Not the most usual item on offer in a business park, but companies can lease a furnished apartment for a new employee – and this could be a decisive argument in convincing the much sought-after expert to sign a contract! Trainees, apprentices or guests need not be lodged in a hotel unprepared to accommodate guests for longer periods of time.
A total of four units are available as one or two-room apartments, each with an area of approx. 40 m². The furnishings and fittings are bright and inviting and, in addition to other facilities, include a small, well-equipped kitchen. Cleaning of the apartments is also included.
The minimum leasing period is generally one week, but leases of up to six months can be arranged.
