Data & facts

Over 60 companies with around 1,500 employees are currently resident at the take-off GewerbePark (Business Park). These companies value the support provided by the administration, their shared image as a successful, high-performance business group and use of the network. They also enjoy the unique atmosphere of a park-like landscape and the high leisure quality which the region offers employees.  Naturally enough, the airfield also enjoys the broad approval of the companies.

We plan to implement the following projects at the Gewerbepark (Business Park) in the near future to make our location even more attractive for companies and both their customers and employees.

  • Conversion of Building 7 and its refurbishment for use as a daycare centre for young children.
  • Refurbishment of Building 9 for young entrepreneurs in the areas of production and processing who are looking for reasonably priced commercial premises.
  • Refurbishment of Building 11 to provide offices, workshops and larger rental units for established firms which can also be availed of under part-ownership agreements.

In addition to new management for employees of companies, these construction projects will also provide even more commercial premises for leasing. Other redevelopment steps are planned for the coming years.
